NFATTC does a great deal of work via consortia which bring together professionals to work on areas of common cencern, including:
Commission for the Advancement of Addiction Professionals (CAAP): NFATTC’s primary advisory group meets twice a year to guide the work we do in our 5-state region. Representatives include addiction counselors, educators, certification bodies, administrators and others. For more information on CAAP contact Mary Anne Bryan (bryanm@ohsu.edu)
Educators’ Consortia: This link will take you to the pages describing the three educators’ consortia with which we are currently involved in Oregon (OCASE), Washington (NCCDE) and Idaho (IDEAS!).
